Laura leads our International Business Reorganisations legal team focused on planning, designing and implementing complex, multi-disciplinary projects and has over 17 years of experience in advising on global reorganisations projects and subsidiary governance and joined the KPMG Law team from Baker McKenzie.

Her recent work includes advising a global FTSE 100 group on redesigning and restructuring of its holding and treasury structure.
