Tor Henning is a partner and attorney at KPMG Law in Norway. He is a compliance specialist with broad experience ranging from representing clients as counsel before the Supreme Court, to preventive anti-corruption and human rights advisory assistance, as well as crisis management and investigations on behalf of clients facing potential corporate criminal liability.

He has extensive litigation experience both before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals. He is also admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court where he has pleaded about 20 cases.
