Adrian Tüscher is Head of KPMG Law Switzerland. After working for several years in the areas of Corporate M&A and Financial Market Law, Adrian successfully built up the HR Legal Services practice of KPMG Law. He advises national and international clients of nearly all industries with a team of experts, in particular on cross-border projects and transactions as well as design and implementation of compliance processes.

Adrian has a strong international network in the Legal, and HR industry as well as within KPMG as a member of its KPMG Global Legal Services Steering Committee. In his global role he is instrumental in developing KPMG Law’s strong global network and streamlining processes as well as developing our technology and related market offerings.

He regularly acts as speaker at various seminars and conferences and writes articles for renowned newspapers (including Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Tagesanzeiger, Bund, Handelszeitung, FuW and HR Today) and is the co-author of a best-selling book on employment and immigration aspects of international assignments.
