Kate has over 20 years of business advisory and transactional experience gained in private practice international law firms Mayer Brown and Greenberg Traurig before joining KPMG Law in 2019, where she now heads up the national corporate law team in the UK. 

She has a proven track record of advising on cross-border and domestic M&A, joint venture and corporate finance transactions and has spent time on secondment to the General Counsel’s offices of a multinational pharmaceutical company and a leading global insurance organisation.
