As both a legal executive and operations innovator, he is responsible for developing the legal services of the future and supports legal departments in shaping their strategic core tasks from a customer centric perspective with simplicity, efficiency and effectiveness, the goal being to help unlock business opportunities and create more value for the organization.

He has more than 10+ years as Country Head Legal & Compliance, Member of the Country Executive Committee, Global Head Legal Operations & Strategy, Corporate Legal Counsel, for Implenia, Schellenberg Wittmer, FIFA, World Bank Group and Easylegal, being an initiator and facilitator of change & transformation processes for new legal ops services & teams, a team leader with proven expertise in people management, as well as entrepreneur and co-founder of a legal startup.

Michael holds a Doctor of Law (Dr. iur.) degree and has completed extensive training in Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, Compliance, and International Arbitration. He is also an author and lecturer in the field of Legal Tech.
