Ramona Neal has over 25 years’ experience in international finance, corporate governance, and insolvency law. Currently Director of Finance and Subsidiary Governance at HP Inc., she leads a high-performing team of legal professionals responsible for corporate governance across the entire entity lifecycle—from formation and board appointments to annual compliance, corporate structure strategy, and entity eliminations. She spearheads complex financial transactions and insolvencies worldwide as the trusted legal partners for HP Treasury and Credit. She also architects evolving corporate policies for subsidiary governance that align with HP’s dynamic global business needs.


Under her leadership, Ramona’s team has been nominated twice for IR Magazine’s Best Global Entity Management Award and is widely recognized within HP for exceptional legal insight and client service. In 2025, she received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Mountain West Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
