Patricia is part of the Compliance team at Repsol, where she is responsible for data protection and privacy. She leads the regulatory compliance strategy for the development of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. As a member of Repsol’s core Responsible AI team, she actively contributes to the design and implementation of governance frameworks to ensure AI is ethical, trustworthy, and aligned with European standards.

With a strong background in legal and regulatory matters, Patricia has supported various organizations in embedding privacy by design. Her current work also focuses on safeguarding fundamental rights in line with the new European AI regulation.
